Join Eastbourne Gilbert & Sullivan Society for a fun sing-a-long evening of favourites from the well-loved operettas, including The Pirates of Penzance, The Mikado, HMS Pinafore, Iolanthe, The Gondoliers and more!
The company will be dressed as various characters from the shows, and the audience is encouraged to do the same. As the title suggests, there will also be an array of props to bring the songs to life.
Gilbert & Sullivan’s works have been delighting audiences since they were first produced in the Victorian era, and continue to be performed by enthusiasts around the world, including here in Eastbourne where the society has been dedicated to ‘Keeping Gilbert & Sullivan Alive’ with annual productions since 1968.
Whether you’re new to G&S and wanting to dip your toes into this great British tradition, or a lifelong fan keen to celebrate Sullivan’s music and Gilbert’s words, this will be a memorable evening full of theatrical delights!
The seating will be cabaret style and the ticket price include a ploughmans supper plate.
Tickets may be purchased in advance only to enable food to be purchased according to customer requirements. Ticket sales close at 23:59 on Thursday, 24th November.
This show has sold out. If there are any returns we will announce them here.
